Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify and McKesson.  We share personal information about you with our service providers to the extent necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support. We will not sell personal information about you that we collect when you visit our website to third parties. 

Order information

Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number.  Wherever we collect sensitive information on our website (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and securely transmitted to us.

Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Disclosure for a business purpose: We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We collect only information that you voluntarily give us via email, forms, or other direct contacts from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you have contacted us, and we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about special deals, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.  We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g., to ship an order or with our processor Stripe, Inc., whose only role is to accept and process credit card, debit card, and any other types of payments with the respect to sales for our customers with GoMEDShip. 

Minors

This denylist persists for a small number of hours. Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.
